Although I was a walk-in customeron that day, a guy (this guy I think is new)helped me right away, then Dustin came to help and checked my service history of my car in the computer and suggested and explained all the necessary things to be done with my car which I agreed upon. All of my experiences here have been A+! This time it was a flat repair. In previous service visits I've needed to address engine noise, to follow up on a recall, and to have another flat patched. (There's been construction near where I live; lots of loose nails apparently.) Each time I've been really happy with the fast and professional job Carl and his team have delivered. Bob was excellent. Knew exactly what was wrong with my car, extremely helpful and friendly. Always returned my calls promptly and called me with updates promptly. Edwin helped me with the rental and I'd say the same for him on all accounts.
I started my research shopping online and then at OC Nissan, Irvine. The salesperson I encountered there was lackluster and completely uninformed about the Leaf. (As a sidebar I returned to OC Nissan in my new Leaf to charge it and the salesperson sitting outside not only did not know where the dealer charging station was, but didn't even know that they only had a 220V charger, not the 440V charger Tustin Nissan has). It's very easy to schedule an appointment online and get the window of time that's convenient for me. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Carl is very thorough from beginning to end, testing the lights to keeping me updated on how the repair or service is going. I am comfortable taking my vehicle to be serviced at Tustin Nissan and avoid going anywhere else. I feel the quality of work is great and don't get nickeled and dimed as has been the case with some of the discount automotive service stations in the past.
Warranty brake issue. Parts ordered and replaced. Kept informed by Bob of the progress. Car washed and clean at pick up. Issue with testing my battery it deleted my programmed radio stations. I did not like that.
Work was completed within three hrs due to recall items handled. Car is working fine. A Car wash was requested and was completed satisfactorily. Thanks.
I live in Long Beach, but bought my Frontier at Tustin Nissan. Because of the excellent service and the right focus and attention paid to details, and the quality of the work, I will continue to bring my truck back to Tustin Nissan, even for just an oil change. I called Bob Richmond, a service rep that I always ask for because he always does an excellent job of taking care of me and my vehicle. I was in Fresno late Friday afternoon at the local dealer, who said he did not have the part I needed. I had to be in Orange County on Saturday, so I called Bob to see if he had the part. He said he didn't, but he would order it so that it would arrive when I brought my car in on Saturday.
