I was treated very professionally and I especially liked the charging station for cellphones. The window wiper fluid wAsn't topped off & we couldn't find my key fob. I appreciated how many people jumped on these issues to quickly resolve the issues,
Came in for an oil change and anticipated needing brake pads replaced as Carl had warned me about them my last visit. Ended up needing front brake pads replaced as well as my oil change. Although I had an appointment, the service center was really busy that day. I was at the dealership and had to wait an extended period of time for my car to be completed (I think 5 hours total). I was treated friendly from the moment I walked in. They made buying a car (my first on my own) very easy. I started on the website and asked for a dealer quote. Everything worked out perfect.

I have a Nissan LEAF, so I needed a gas car rental for the weekend. Tustin Nissan has the car for my needs, and on top of that the rental personel were super nice, and allowed me to park at the employee lot overnight so my LEAF wouldn't get towed. This is super convenient as I didn't have to shutter back and forth from my house just to get a rental car. Also, I got my LEAF serviced the same day I returned the rental. I was in and out in about an hour. Great service. Thanks Tustin Nissan.
