I bought a Tahoe in September of last year and continually have tried to get the matching Rim that I was promised but keep getting pushed to someone else. I know other customers who have had the same experience. This is ridiculous and they do not care about the customer once you are out the door and they have their money.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I showed up to the lot with 1000 for a down payment, picked out a car to test drive, a little Saturn Vue; it seemed fine and I love Saturns so I decided I’d take that one home with me. I paid the down payment and then drove the car home; which by the way, they did not make sure I had insurance on before I left the lot.
