Worst dealership I’ve had to deal with and I have dealt with bad ones. This place though takes the cake… my wife has probably beat me and posted a review about Twin City, my wife is the kindest, sweetest person you can meet. It takes a lot to upset her and this is the most upset I’ve seen her ever due to this dealership. Like she is beyond upset!!! They will be reported to the BBB for sure!! If you go to them just be cautious, that’s all.
The worst car buying situation possible. Save yourselves and run. We bought our truck on Labor Day weekend, and we have had a headache ever since. Found out registration issues had arose from the truck having issues with it’s title. When the dealership found out about this, they did nothing but give us the run around. Don’t believe them!!! You’ll be told you can. Trade in and get so much towards another car, the choices are limited on the ones I could afford. The guy seemed to not know much of what he was telling me. He also said that he couldn’t show me any cars till they checked my credit, they said it would be a soft credit check that it wouldn’t effect my credit at the time that if I decided on one then they would pull a hard inquiry. I bought 2 trucks from them at same time. Before I signed paper work I asked if the bank would refinance them later on and they told me yes but when I called bank to talk to them, they said they don't do that. That they will not re finance their own vehicles. This is something that all workers at Twin City should know as they "highly recommend" their lenders. They will literally say anything to have you sign paperwork. Be aware. Go next door to Basswood Dodge and get a better, more reliable, deal. As I should have done.

Drove 100 miles to look at a Jeep they said was on there lot. When we got there the salesman said it was sold and when he finally went in to see it had not been sold but was in the shop for repairs he proceeded to tell us he did not know what repairs they were doing but we could come back tomorrow or next week but he did not know when it would be back on the lot!
Contacted them about a truck and they said we still have it come on up. Two days later I find the time to go look at it so I messaged them again. Again they claim to have the truck so I make a 2 hour drive to find out that truck was sold days ago. Wow!! They should go into politics.
