Told them not to run my credit more than once. Shane agreed. Then found out they ran my credit with an insane amount of different banks. They destroyed my credit. Brought me down about 20 points. They could care less about the customer.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone. And when I do I get connected to someone else who doesn't answer there phone. Doesn't feel like they want business
