Don’t know anything about the dealership other than they do a gimmick by not putting their prices online. This is just a way to force you to come up there; it’s a waste of people’s time if they are trying to shop online and can’t afford something they need to see multiple prices
Has been an awful experience to say the least! Joe was so rude over the phone after they have had my vehicle for about 3 weeks, never have they called to give an update and constantly giving me the run around. I will never recommended anyone to buy from them!
not very happy with them they were supposed to fix my windshield wipers and AC and now they are not after I paid for it
I bought a 2013 Armada April 5th from Twin City. The DVD players in the headrest were not getting power to them and the back hatch wouldn't open. They told me they would send it to a dealership to have it fixed. I had the vehicle 3 days then took it to them to have it fixed. They have not contacted me once about the status of the vehicle. 2 weeks into the supposed repairs I called to check the status only to be told "Sometimes it works, Sometimes it doesn't. All of the cars are ticking time bombs. Would never take a risk with them.
Well idk what the problem was really. My son and uncle got turned down n buying a truck so the just went down road to Auto Nation and got a new one. So yeah we wont try giving you any business or recommending you either. Have a good one.!
Worst car shopping experience ever will never go looking for a car there they lied to us
