While traveling from TN, our 11-month old developed a scary cough. Our Airbnb host recommended Tyler Complete Care, and we are so happy she did. We were seen very quickly, everyone was very kind and after testing, they called with results that she had RSV, gave advice on how to treat her symptoms and encouraged me to call if we needed more assistance. Everyone was very friendly and kind to me. The nurses asked me questions in concern to my ear. The doctor I saw was also very helpful too. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely come back here for another medical need.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable. Wait time was minimal. Nurses and doctor were very compassionate and clearly explained procedures, diagnosis and meds. Soooo much better than a hospital ER. I would definitely go back to Complete ER if I were unable to see my own PCP.
