No one likes to go to the ER or Urgent Care unit, but from the time I walked in, I was put at ease. The staff at Tyler Complete Care is kind, courteous and most professional. Everyone from registration to x-ray were very friendly, professional and took the time to explain all procedures necessary to obtain the bottom line results for tests. A very clean facility also.
