No one likes to go to the ER or Urgent Care unit, but from the time I walked in, I was put at ease. The staff at Tyler Complete Care is kind, courteous and most professional. You are their concern and they go above and beyond to assist you in any way possible. I came in for a boating incident and was completely satisfied with all services. Everyone from registration to x-ray were very friendly, professional and took the time to explain all procedures necessary to obtain the bottom line results for tests. A very clean facility also.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Stringer was a wealth of information, spent a lot of time with us and helped us understand the seriousness of Harold's condition. His directions concerning taking care of Harold's wound was comprehensive and fully understandable.

The staff was really inviting as soon as I walked in. After filling out the paperwork, I waited maybe a minute before they saw me. The staff was very helpful in explaining my options. I will definitely be recommending them!
