I was treated quickly and professionally on the weekend. I couldn't wait for my family doctor appointment. The staff was excellent. It is great to know they are there when you need them.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Stringer was a wealth of information, spent a lot of time with us and helped us understand the seriousness of Harold's condition. His directions concerning taking care of Harold's wound was comprehensive and fully understandable.
The staff was really inviting as soon as I walked in. After filling out the paperwork, I waited maybe a minute before they saw me. The staff was very helpful in explaining my options. I will definitely be recommending them!

Have used this facility since it opened as Tyler Urgent Care years ago and have had nothing but the best care and now its even better that it is open 24 hours 7 days a week. They always take great care of me and my family.
Every staff member was extra friendly! The doctor was very thorough and everyone there made you feel that your needs were met! There was not a long wait to see the doctor which is very nice when you aren't feeling well! I would not hesitate to visit this place again and would recommend them to family and friends!
