We are so glad to have found Tyson. I am self employed and was worried about using a statement loan our previous lender was offering a 4.75 rate. After speaking to Tyson, and providing all documents he was able to get us a 3.25% loan. Savings us a boat load of money and getting us qualified for our home loan. His team was excellent and Melissa kept everything rolling through closing. Will do future loans through their team.
