We are so glad to have found Tyson. I am self employed and was worried about using a statement loan our previous lender was offering a 4.75 rate. After speaking to Tyson, and providing all documents he was able to get us a 3.25% loan. Savings us a boat load of money and getting us qualified for our home loan. He and his assistant, Lily, were exactly what you would expect from someone handling so much of your cash and dreams: professional, prompt, VERY responsive.
