Was promised property would be put in my trust……..no problem……see below. After the fact was told “ sorry can’t do”. Creating extra work for me and my attorney. No problem! I will request the trust docs prior to closing to ensure this happens. 😊

We can close in a trust, and I did express this would not be a problem, however, the reason this could not be done is due to the Power of Attorney (POA) being used was not specific to the property you were purchasing.
