Tyson was very helpful and helped get my loan processed with very quick turnaround !! In addition his assisant was also very helpful and went over and above in getting my loan processed quickly. Also they were both very professional and responsive in order to accomplish this.
Was promised property would be put in my trust……..no problem……see below. After the fact was told “ sorry can’t do”. Creating extra work for me and my attorney. No problem! I will request the trust docs prior to closing to ensure this happens. 😊

We can close in a trust, and I did express this would not be a problem, however, the reason this could not be done is due to the Power of Attorney (POA) being used was not specific to the property you were purchasing. When you are trying to close in a Trust using a POA for your spouse the POA would need to be specific to the property being purchased.
