We did a cash out refi and Tyson was able to get us a great interest rate. Refi closed sooner than we expected. We never met Tyson personally but the on-line communication was very good. He always responded quickly.

I am not one to write reviews but i had to express my great-fullness and gratitude for they way my loan process went. Tyson made me feel like i was family and not just a client. Tyson at APM is a straight shooter. He does what he says hes going to do. No bait and switch games like all the typical lenders do. He is transparent and honest. Overall a great experience.
