From the very beginning, Tyson had everything under control. He worked (tolerated) us for almost 11 months while we house shopped. He checked in on us regularly to see if there was anything he could help with. We bounced up and down on prices and loan amounts, but he kept plugging along with us until we actually got an accepted bid and closed. It was a roller coaster going through two transactions at one time. Thankfully Tyson and his team worked diligently and thoroughly to complete both in a short period of time. When we had questions, he always responded quickly and with an actual phone call to explain answers - which was very important to us. Tyson and Lily handled every turn with hard work and confidence in the end result, and thankfully we are now living in our dream home!
