Tyson delivered on his promises and more. We shopped around with several lenders for not only the best rates and fees, but to find out who we trusted the most. Tyson was the most communicative, took the most time, and was the most available of any lender. We bought during a crazy busy time with historically low rates and when other lenders were clearly drowning, Tyson and team were on top of it. So, yes, we got the rate we wanted, the fees were the lowest, and most importantly, we closed with 100% confidence in our lender.

If you're like me, you appreciate when someone who is trying to sell you something sounds more like real person and less like an infomercial. As a lender, if you demonstrate an ability to address a buyer's questions (sometimes even before they're asked) and relate on a personal, real-person level, you don't have to try near as hard to put on a used-car-salesman persona. I would say overall I had a good experience with American Pacific mortgage and Tyson Rondeau. I was able to do almost everything electronic and remote!

Tyson and his team helped us to purchase a new home. We were guided through all of the twists and turns of applying and obtaining the correct mortgage for us. He has a very logical digital system for submitting necessary documents and personal information, and was always available to my calls for explanation. In fact, I was very impressed that Tyson always answered my calls, knew my name and the status of my application. For never meeting Tyson in person, he is special to work with. Once he understood my current situation he went above and beyond to do everything he possibly could to make things happen. He is a man of his word, and that's what makes him special in my opinion.

Tyson and his team were the best group we've had the pleasure of working with. We were new to the area and connected with Tyson through Zillow. He was a 5 star lender and still managed to exceed all our expectations. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed throughout the entire process and that our loan closed on time. I have had the pleasure to work with Tyson when purchasing 2 properties and now, refinancing them. I appreciate how Tyson offered us various options, explained to a tee the pros and cons of each one, and keep in constant contact during the process.
