Tyson delivered on his promises and more. We shopped around with several lenders for not only the best rates and fees, but to find out who we trusted the most. Tyson was the most communicative, took the most time, and was the most available of any lender. We bought during a crazy busy time with historically low rates and when other lenders were clearly drowning, Tyson and team were on top of it. So, yes, we got the rate we wanted, the fees were the lowest, and most importantly, we closed with 100% confidence in our lender.
I would say overall I had a good experience with American Pacific mortgage and Tyson Rondeau. I was able to do almost everything electronic and remote!
Tyson and his team helped us to purchase a new home. We were guided through all of the twists and turns of applying and obtaining the correct mortgage for us. He has a very logical digital system for submitting necessary documents and personal information, and was always available to my calls for explanation. For never meeting Tyson in person, he is special to work with. Once he understood my current situation he went above and beyond to do everything he possibly could to make things happen. He is a man of his word, and that's what makes him special in my opinion.
