Tyson was awesome . This is what customer service is all about. I always felt like I was the only customer, more like talking with a friend. He was upfront about the whole process I never imagined it would be this easy. If your looking for a lender I would look no further this is the guy .. Thanks for the smoothest service ever. It was a roller coaster going through two transactions at one time. Thankfully Tyson and his team worked diligently and thoroughly to complete both in a short period of time. When we had questions, he always responded quickly and with an actual phone call to explain answers - which was very important to us. Tyson and Lily handled every turn with hard work and confidence in the end result, and thankfully we are now living in our dream home!

Never buy a house during the holidays! Thank goodness Tyson and Lily worked around the clock to keep everything on schedule!! The app was great and I was kept up to date with texts and emails. Lots of great communication!

Tyson really made what can be an overwhelming and incredibly stressful process so easy for both myself and my fiancé! Tyson was the first lender to contact me within a few hours of my registration. Others followed suit but some several days later. I stayed with Tyson because he was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Tyson worked with me and continually helped me to get and assemble the documents I needed. Tyson walked me through the entire process from pre-qualification in October all the way through an on-time closing in December and has been helpful since. I am grateful Tyson called first.
