Tyson and his staff were easy to work with to get this loan off the ground, and I felt that we were kept up to date on what we needed to submit. The process was easier than expected due to the ability to upload all of our documents requested. If you have your information (paystubs, tax paperwork, etc) available to upload, it can be a really painless experience. Tyson and APM made our remote purchase easy. From the initial expedited approval through the closing we were constantly updated as to the status of our loan and everything went seamlessly. With the electronic signing it was a simple process to purchase a home in another state.
