I had the very fortunate opertunity to work with Tyson when my fiance and I bought our first house. We had very difficult circumstances surrounding our loan and Tyson was able to expertly advise and navigate any challenges we had. He was very helpful throughout the entire process making sure that my fiance and I were always well informed and was alwasys available to answer our questions. I was very impressed with both the loan he put together and the manor in which he did it. You are in the best of hands with Tyson Rondeau.

Superior service. Tyson worked so hard to get us our first home. He was alway available to explain things we didn't understand. He expertly explain the process and constantly kept us informed of the progress. He was able to push for a very quick closing. We feel without him our long long awaited dream would not have come true. He is the man. Thank you Tyson I am sure there is someone out there that needs you to make their dream come true also.
My husband and I used Tyson as our lender to purchase our first home. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He helped us get a lower rate than we were initially quoted and change the percentage down after pre-approval.
