Superior service. Tyson worked so hard to get us our first home. He was alway available to explain things we didn't understand. He expertly explain the process and constantly kept us informed of the progress. He was able to push for a very quick closing. Working with Tyson Rondeau was such a great experience. At first my husband and I were hesitant to buy a home, because we do not work normal business hours. My husband and I used Tyson as our lender to purchase our first home. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He helped us get a lower rate than we were initially quoted and change the percentage down after pre-approval. Even step of the way he kept us informed at where we were at in the process, and answered any questions we had. He's so knowledgable, friendly and efficient - I highly recommend you use him for your home purchase or refinance!
