I filled out some basic information online in an attempt to “interview” some lenders and Tyson was the first to reach out. Tyson was very easy to work with from the beginning and very accommodating. We had a short time frame to get approved due to a previous vacation that could not be changed. Tyson promised we would be approved before we left and we were, which was 2 weeks prior to our closing date. He let us know up front what documents we needed to provide. I work in the real estate industry and Tyson was easy to work with and kept us inform every step of the way. Excellent service.

This is the second time I have used Tyson when purchasing a home. Everyone says how stressful the buying process is but when Tyson is your mortgage broker he makes it seamless. It is obvious from the beginning to the end Tyson is doing everything to make the process as smooth as possible. He was always one step ahead and kept us up to date on every step. Tyson was amazing to work with. He was always available if we had a question, even if it was the 5th time we asked it. He guided us through the process seamlessly. Tyson said he would work as hard as he could to make sure we closed on our new property the same day we closed on the property we were selling. Movers and others said don’t count on that happening. Made the buying Process quick a d easy ! Thanks tyson still waiting to do my final signing of final documents. Tysons team is great . The on line app is a good tool that shows the progress of the loan i think it has a delay but makes uploading documets quick and easy .
