Outstanding support! Great communicator, honest, & experience shows! I shopped around with a few other lenders, found that rates and terms were generally the same everywhere. The difference with Tyson is that I was able to call or text anytime of the day with questions and when I called, I talked to THE dude who was handling MY loan (not some lender's assistant or a voicemail due to 9-5 hours). TYSON IS THE ONLY LENDER YOU WILL EVER WANT TO USE! This is the second time l have used Tyson and the only one l will ever use! My Mortgage Guy I wish I could tell you that we met in person but we didn't and that is not all bad. I spoke to Tyson on the phone and he did everything he said he would do. We closed in 27 days without any hiccups. His staff was very easy to work with and if I had to give one problem it would be with their signing process that doesn't always work on the first attempt. But that was easily fixed. Very positive experience. Thank You Tyson

Adaptable, reliable & trustworthy for a first time home buyer I filled out some basic information online in an attempt to “interview” some lenders and Tyson was the first to reach out. Excellent Service Tyson was very easy to work with from the beginning and very accommodating. We had a short time frame to get approved due to a previous vacation that could not be changed. Tyson promised we would be approved before we left and we were, which was 2 weeks prior to our closing date. He let us know up front what documents we needed to provide. I work in the real estate industry and Tyson was easy to work with and kept us inform every step of the way. Excellent service.
