We had to change lenders and we got referred to Tyson R of American pacific mortgage by our realtor and he delivered without stress he explained every process and kept us updated was good experience for the first time homebuyers and he was able to close in 7days which was so amazing and he has a great team behind him.
The whole experience of buying a home was said to be painstaking and this was not the case working with Tyson Rondeau. The work ethic, knowledge, and experience he delivered made buying a home an easy process. I don’t get easily impressed with service, but the communication and explanation of each step in the process kept me informed with NO surprises. Great communicator, honest, & experience shows! I shopped around with a few other lenders, found that rates and terms were generally the same everywhere. The difference with Tyson is that I was able to call or text anytime of the day with questions and when I called, I talked to THE dude who was handling MY loan (not some lender's assistant or a voicemail due to 9-5 hours). Thankfully my loan process went smoothly, but if I were to have hit a snag it's worth it to have someone you know you can reliably communicate with.
This is the second time l have used Tyson and the only one l will ever use! I decided to go with Tyson when I bought my first home back in 2010 and sold it this year in Oct and purchesed my second Home. I wish I could tell you that we met in person but we didn't and that is not all bad. I spoke to Tyson on the phone and he did everything he said he would do. We closed in 27 days without any hiccups. His staff was very easy to work with and if I had to give one problem it would be with their signing process that doesn't always work on the first attempt. But that was easily fixed.
