I couldn't ask for a better agent than Tyson. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how things work. He was always on top of all the details for my refinance. Also, he called an interest spike perfectly, getting me locked in a day before interest rates spiked back around the beginning of November. It's easy to recommend Tyson to anyone.

We just completed a refinance with Tyson and his team and it was a GREAT experience. He was very knowledgeable and up to date on market trends. Tyson came through in a crisis and performed splendidly. He turned our loan around in about ten days, keeping every promise. I would recommend him highly. His senior loan officer, Lily, is fabulous!! She prepared all of our documents for underwriting in two days and our loan flew through review! The whole experience was a breeze.

This was my first Home buy. Not for my husband, but he had never used his VA loan. We had heard that VA loans can take longer to complete and approve than more traditional loans. But American Pacific and TYSON specializes in VA loans. They said it would be approved within 15 days. The pre-approval was very close to 15 days which allowed us to seach for our new home that much sooner. Tyson was great! Worked diligently on my refi and made sure that I got the best rate and deal. He stepped through each stage and ensured that I understood each phase of the process. In the end, he lowered my payment and helped me pay off another loan saving me even more money per month!
