Tyson and his team at Carrington Mortgage totally set the bar! We moved from CA to AZ and were a bit nervous at the beginning. Tyson and his team did a FANTASTIC JOB with our refinance. We moved changed our 30 year loan to a 20 year loan and reduced our interest rate all which will save us over $100K over the life of the loan. I have done several refinances and not one lender has shown how much you can save with just a small additional payment every month. Thank you Tyson. Tyson is very knowledgeable at what he does!He would answer the phone every time I called him no matter what time it was and answered my questions, that's very important to me because I'm very demanding and I don't like to have to leave messages especially with something this important of buying a home.Tyson and Lily helped me get all my paperwork in order for the loan and got approved with no issues, we closed and moved into our new home a week earlier than scheduled that's service in my book!! Tyson helped us successfully navigate the underwriting challenges for a FHA Back to Work loan only 24 months from foreclosure. We would have never anticipated that we would be able to buy again this soon and appreciate Tyson's efforts to get us in getting the loan underwritten successfully and ready to fund ahead of schedule. We contacted Tyson through Lending Tree and could not have had a better experience. Tyson was one of the only lenders that took time to explain the process to us. We did not have the perfect credit and it was not an easy loan but each step of the way Tyson walked us through the challenges our low credit score created. As a first time buyer with bad credit other lenders said call us when your scores improve. Tyson did the completeopposite. He gave us a list of items to imrpove and advised us along the way.
