HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TYSON AND HIS STAFF!!! THEY HANDELED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY!! I HAD AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT LOAN TO PROCESS AND HE DID IT WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAD A TAX LEIN ON MY CREDIT AND MOST OTHER PLACES WOULDNT EVEN TRY TO DO THIS LOAN. HE KEPT US INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND IT WENT EXACTLY AS HE SAID IT WOULD. WE HAD NO UNEXPECTED THINGS POP UP. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. HE WILL DEFINETLY BE DOING MY NEXT LOAN!!!!!

When we decided to buy a house at the beginning of the year, it seemed smart to research lenders first and get a strong pre-approval. We found Tyson through his amazing reviews on Zillow. Tyson was wonderful and such a pleasure to talk with. Although he is not licensed in my state to help with a mortgage loan, he took the time to reach out and put me in contact with someone who is. He also followed through to make sure that I was contacted! Very impressed with Tyson! He went above and beyond for me! I am sad that he could not work with me, but anyone else who who needs a home loan out there,he is the man for you!
I submitted a request and got a call back within 5 minutes from Tyson. I had a few questions regarding USDA loans in which Tyson was able to give me a straight answer with the lending requirements. It did not work out because the income did not qualify but I appreciated his time in helping me understand the requirements.
Just recently closed a house purchase. Tyson and his loan processor Lily Dee were very proactive in the loan process. Lily was especially good in recognizing the information the underwriters would be looking for, and made sure that I provided the needed information. I contacted Tyson while reviewing zillow discussion topics. I was originally going with another lender, but wanted to have a backup. He was not pushy, just offered advice regarding VA loan. The other lender could not finance us, so I turned to Tyson's group at Carrington. They were amazing.
