Very impressed with Tyson! Tyson was wonderful and such a pleasure to talk with. Although he is not licensed in my state to help with a mortgage loan, he took the time to reach out and put me in contact with someone who is. He also followed through to make sure that I was contacted! Very impressed with Tyson! He went above and beyond for me! I am sad that he could not work with me, but anyone else who who needs a home loan out there,he is the man for you!

I had a few questions regarding USDA loans in which Tyson was able to give me a ... I submitted a request and got a call back within 5 minutes from Tyson. I had a few questions regarding USDA loans in which Tyson was able to give me a straight answer with the lending requirements. It did not work out because the income did not qualify but I appreciated his time in helping me understand the requirements.

Tyson was instrumental in suggesting different loan alternatives one of which saved ... Just recently closed a house purchase. Tyson and his loan processor Lily Dee were very proactive in the loan process. Lily was especially good in recognizing the information the underwriters would be looking for, and made sure that I provided the needed information. I was originally going with another lender, but wanted to have a backup. I contacted Tyson while reviewing zillow discussion topics. I was originally going with another lender, but wanted to have a backup. He was not pushy, just offered advice regarding VA loan. The other lender could not finance us, so I turned to Tyson's group at Carrington. They were amazing. We moved changed our 30 year loan to a 20 year loan and reduced our interest rate ... Tyson and his team did a FANTASTIC JOB with our refinance. We moved changed our 30 year loan to a 20 year loan and reduced our interest rate all which will save us over $100K over the life of the loan.
