There were a couple challenges along the way, but Tyson always followed through. Tyson helped us successfully navigate the underwriting challenges for a FHA Back to Work loan only 24 months from foreclosure. We would have never anticipated that we would be able to buy again this soon and appreciate Tyson's efforts to get us in getting the loan underwritten successfully and ready to fund ahead of schedule. We did not have the perfect credit and it was not an easy loan but each step of ... We contacted Tyson through Lending Tree and could not have had a better experience. Tyson was one of the only lenders that took time to explain the process to us. No question I had seemed to be a bother to them and they always took their time ... Tyson and his Senior Loan Officer Carla were brilliant to deal with. They were quick to respond via email or phone. Tyson and his team (Lily) were AMAZING!!!! They were extremely helpful with all of our questions and explained the process of securing our loan for our home every step of the way. They were quick to respond via email or phone. They worked closely with our Realtor (Chris DeFreitas - whom I would also highly recommend) to make sure we had all of our "ducks in a row".
