BirdEye with Kicksite Pros: The ease of use is great. The results we are attaining are amazing and really helping our SEO. Our customers are letting us know how easy it is to use BirdEye for reviewing us. Cons: I really can't think of anything, other than having different links we could use that would directly tie the review more easily to show up on Google or Captera, etc. Overall: BirdEye has allowed us to more easily obtain reviews from our customers, which has improved our SEO. We are very pleased in the short time we have had this software, and we hope to see even more results as we use the tool even more.

Birdeye has made our lives so much easier in requesting and handling reviews at our medical practice and it has helped increasing our reviews rate and visibility across all search engines. Our implementation manager Sahil is the best we've ever known, they make it very easy to activate and will make sure you maximize its benefits with all of their features. Strongly recommended.

Excellent Tool for Reputation Management Pros: The best thing about BirdEye is that I can easily see an overview of all major review sites and my recent reviews in one convenient, easy-to-read dashboard. Cons: If I have to nitpick, there are some very minor UI/UX issues, but they do not hinder the overall experience and once you know where to find all of the right information, it's an invaluable tool. Overall: I used to spend lots of time pulling up every review site I could think of in different tabs, averaging all of the responses and scores. Now I can see how our customers view us on one page. Another thing that has saved me lots of headache is that when soliciting an online review (quick and painless with BirdEye!) it gives the customer an option to contact us directly through the platform as opposed to leaving a negative review. This makes it more likely that someone who wants my attention gets it quickly, and it doesn't harm our reputation through a 1 star review.

If I could give BirdEye 10 star I would do so. From initial contact of inquiry to completion of my inboard training their personnel are TOP NOTCH!! Thx Bianca & Khushboo you both are AWESOME!! Small and medium businesses - this is the EASIEST and BEST way to grow your business! This Company is the BEST thing since sliced bread!! Signed up with Birdeye after talking to Dr. Len Tau, I was impressed with all that came with it on top of the review requests. Setup was very simple and my account manager Sahil was awesome. Sahil was very prompt with phone calls, listened to my questions and is committed to our success with the platform!

Our law firm has used BirdEye for the last year. We could not be happier. Before using BirdEye we had hard time getting reviews. Once we started using it the number of reviews we received went up significantly. It continues to exceed our expectations.

"I've had a great experience using BirdEye from the level of a District Manager." What do you like best about Birdeye? I enjoy the Intuitive interface and straight forward reporting that BirdEye provides along with the variety of reporting and parsing that is available. It allows me to dig into site performance or view market trending info with ease. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is little to dislike. The only thing that i would add is allowing more user control of admin level functions having to do with allocations of sites and scope of view within the company. I'm not sure if this is a BIrdEye limitation or a limitation imposed by my companies admins. Other than that all data is organize-able and easily digest-able. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I've had an overall positive experience with the BirdEye platform and would recommend it to anyone needing consolidated info about their online presence and reviews and feedback from consumers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The platform allows me to track multi-site performance where it comes to online review counts, online review grading, and gauging employee engagement in online review initiatives. Using the platform I ca analyze trending data to spot successes and opportunities as well as challenge my team to push performance and areas that may need attention.

Birdeye has been the most thought out tool for our business needs. So far we are integrating the Web Chat features and the Review Collection Tools are smart and slick. The Idea that customer can choose to contact us with an issue if not happy or leave a review if happy, that choice is everything! Thank you, also to Khushboo for such a great onboard experience.

"BirdEye view of our operation!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Daily notifications are great! Great, quick snapshot of our recent questions, comments and concerns. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Since i am not a DAILY user of BirdEye, only an executive summary user, I do not have any negatives to note at this time. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the issue of the tedious task of gathering feedback from various sources.

"Store level actionable insights" What do you like best about Birdeye? We love having every store being able to see a dashboard of their ratings and reviews performance. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I sometimes wish we had more consultation and recommendations on how to optimize. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating and sharing ratings and reviewed.
