Love the team at BE! Just need to get through these random disconnects occurring with GMB listings. Hoping now that we removed virtual locations from the portal, that will no longer trigger other 4 wall locations to " disconnect ".

I get that you resolved the issue. It still would be helpful to know if it was a configuration issue that we did incorrectly on our end - so we won’t do it again - or a system issue that you corrected.

Gulshan is seriously the best and we love working with him, all of us here - he fixed a problem in like 3 minutes flat today it was amazing. And so patient with us and our (frequently late or not prepared) clients!
