Zach and Taylor were amazing! Not only did they take the time to educate us on how to best create our campaigns based on the success of other clients but they took on the burden of handling any manual tasks that the platform could not yet automate. It was such a relief to feel supported throughout the process.
Nate did an exceptional job during our onboarding. Communication: Nate is an expert communicator. He knows how to be concise and still thorough in all his communications. He expertly trained our entire staff on the platform with ease. Knowledge: Nate knows the Birdeye platform like the back of his hand. At no point during any of our troubleshooting did Nate not have an answer. He is a pro on Birdeye. Through Nate's training, I feel 100% confident that I can manage the platform for our entire company. Professionalism: Nate is extremely professional. He carries himself with a high degree of integrity and grace. Overall, I felt very looked after while in Nate's care and the same goes for our entire company. I hope he remains with Birdeye for many years as I will continue to rely on him as an esteemed partner.
We have received great assistance in getting our account set up properly to send out reviews easily. More integrations would be helpful but we've had a great experience with the platform and our representatives so far.
