My experience has been great!! Jacqueline has been very patient and very helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. She is super friendly and goes the extra mile. Answers all my questions and never thinks twice when I ask her for help.

I don't know where to start in regards to my experience with Birdeye. The first person I spoke to was Heather, and she was very graceful in the process our practice took in picking someone for our reputation management. She wasn't pushy nor did she harass me with constant phone calls or emails, which is greatly appreciated. Once we decided to go with Birdeye, I was put into contact with Jacqueline, who I can not thank enough! She is friendly and amazing with correspondence. She has always kept me on my toes and always with a smile in her voice. If you're a medical practice and are looking for reputation management, don't waste your time and go straight to Birdeye. They really are efficient, user and patient friendly.

Our company Premier Software assists law firms and have provided Birdeye to many of our law firm clients, with great results. To quote two separate attorneys in the last month, one family litigation attorney said it has 'helped immensely' and another estates and elder law just last Friday 'exponential' increase in activity. I use it for my own company as well.

I have been working with Birdeye for about a year. I like there system for acquiring reviews from multiple different review sites. I received good customer service from this company and they are the most reasonably priced platform I have talked with. I worked with demandforce for about a year and Birdeye in my opinion offers a superior service for about $100 less per month. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is that my landing page does not rank really well with my automotive repair keywords. We have the Birdeye badge with reviews on our website so there is value in that feature but I wish the landing page was ranking better. Birdeye...If you can get my organic rank for my landing page up higher for the automotive keywords I will change this review to a five star review. Over all I have been a satisfied customer and believe the service that Birdeye offers is valuable and their prices are very reasonable and competitive.
