I manage our Birdeye account and I have been using Birdeye for over a year and was considering looking at some of the alternative services to see what my options were. Recently I had some questions and requests to make some updates to our account. I assumed it would take days if not weeks to complete my requests. Instead, I worked with Srijan who was able to assist with everything in a matter of minutes...not hours not days. He listened to what my needs were and went beyond just fixing the problem he also went out of his way to make some additional recommendations, put them into place and followed up with me promptly to be sure everything was looking good. I have had some issues in the past with Birdeye but I absolutely recommend them and appreciate the great customer service.

Divya was wonderful! She reached out to me when the issue wasn't immediately resolved, but I was unfortunately unavailable. Nonetheless, she showed great persistence and managed to resolve the problem without my input. I really appreciate her dedication!

Virustotal was showing a Birdeye server file as virus-infected. It was NOT a virus, Birdeye was not infected. It was a false positive. However, Birdeye went far beyond what most companies would do they reached out to the virus company with the false positive, proved their file was virus-free and got them to remove the false warning so it no longer shows up as infected on Virustotal. That is what I call fantastic quality service and support! With Ransomeware crushing servers all over the planet, this level of support inspires extreme TRUST! Great Job Birdeye.
