From providing us an all in one platform to see reviews and review requests to automatically sending them to tenants after they move out - its saves this small business a lot of time.Pros - Condenses everything I want to see at a glance one 1 page -Their new AI features are really nice -Managing reviewsCons - Some minor inconsistencies within the UI. Particularly pages where the menu is collapsible and places where it isn't.Likelihood to Recommend - I genuinely couldn't think of a better platform for our online reputation needs. Birdeye just fits so perfectly with our processes in the self storage industry and with the systems we use. For example, there's been a lot of times where tenants moved out and had a great experience and have expressed a desire to tell management how good of a job we are doing.
