    BirdEye - A Stellar Program for Reputation Management Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I absolutely love the BirdEye platform as well as their team. It's incredibly useful, and it's hugely important that they focus on development of the platform. They are always taking feedback and implementing improvements and developing new features. There have been several suggestions I've made implemented by their team in the last year, they're just a fantastic partner overall. There is room for growth in regards to insight analysis, I've used some platforms with natural language processors that seemed a bit more sophisticated or maybe it was the tool to dig into this data? Either way, we still get exactly what we need and are able to use BirdEye to get an overview of all our customer feedback across all sources and it lets us identify areas of improvement. The service/ticketing process is huge for us as well, we're able to track our follow up, our CEO can easily see that any complaints are being addressed with the customer, as well as with our team. And it helps us make sure we're consistently keeping up with this feedback and nothing slips through the cracks. 10/10 would recommend BirdEye to any company looking to get a better handle on their customer feedback. Pros - Data Aggregation - All Sources Feeding into One Place. -Research & Development - Great at listening to customers and actively improving the system. -Reps/Support - Our rep is amazing! Always quickly responds and is incredibly helpful! Cons - Insight Analysis - They have already made some major improvements here, and it by no means is lacking, I just see this as about the only major area for continued improvement. -Additional Integration - Say if they could integrate with a full blow email management program - there is a lot of potential here with the integration with other platforms. Likelihood to Recommend - Tired of going to 20 different places to see your customer feedback? Tired of trying to quantify what the feedback is actually telling you? Which areas to focus on improving? Need a way to track customer feedback and see what's being done about it? BirdEye is your answer!! Users and Roles - CEO, District Managers, Digital Marketing Manager, General Managers, Assistant General Managers Return on Investment - Efficiency is huge! -It's saved a ton of time in regards to managing customer feedback and allowing us to better utilize this feedback. -There have been zero negative impacts. Alternatives Considered - We have Used New Brand Analytics (now part of Sprinklr), we briefly used Gorilla.net, and I demoed/investigated about 15+ platforms before making the decision to go with BirdEye - BirdEye is top notch, best program for your money. There are some more sophisticated programs out there, but we didn't see the additional cost bringing us that much more value, and we love BirdEye as a partner that listens and responds to its customers.

    BirdEye- easy to use and worth every penny! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - At the Gabel Hair Restoration Center, our patients spend many hours in the operating room undergoing their hair transplant, and often times, asking the patient to write about the experience is something that gets forgotten. BirdEye makes it easy as sending an email or text directly to our patients to ask for that review just a few days after the procedure, so they are still excited about their experience. In addition, being able to respond to their review or feedback directly on the Birdeye interface makes it very convenient and easy to remember too. Pros - Easy to send review requests -Managing & updating your online presence is a breeze -The custom reports that Birdeye generates is useful for seeing traffic across multiple social platforms -Managing and replying to reviews is easy to do from the interface -The Setup and editing of the business profile and adding our social accounts was completely intuitive and easy Cons - If the review notifications came in at the same time as they do from the source social media it would make it more timely. -Adding the ability to create surveys to send to out for feedback from patients would be useful -Making the email templates more customizable Likelihood to Recommend - Mainly good in the service or restaurant industries, although it could’ve been used for reputation management for Online shops too. Users and Roles - Marketing, Sales and Customer Service are primarily where Birdeye is used. The Customer Service mainly uses it to send emails and texts to the patients, while sales and marketing analyze the results from the reviews. Return on Investment - Great ROI as we’ve noticed more reviews coming in regularly. -It’s really streamlined that part of the process in getting new reviews. -It is much easier to respond to the patients who have left reviews -Easy to follow instructions make it easy for any of our employees to use which keeps training time lower. Alternatives Considered - Doctor.com - BirdEye was much easier to use and garnered much better and noticeable results. In addition, it was much less expensive as well. The customer service is excellent and they made sure we understood what we needed to do to our profile to be a success. Other Software Used - Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Flash

    BirdEye Reputation Management, cutting-edge product with great customer support Use Cases and Deployment Scope - As marketing director for a branch of Academy Mortgage, I use BirdEye to collect reviews and feedback for our branch location as well as the individual loan officers across Facebook, Google, Yelp and Zillow. We are the only branch of the company (there are over 300) that uses BirdEye. BirdEye is part of the reason why we have so many more online reviews than the other branches. It addresses the problem of creating an easy and systematic way to collect feedback from everyone of our clients and referral partners; whether good or bad. Pros - Roll-up reviews for multi-location businesses. AKA our loan officer reviews also show up on our main branch profile. -Google seller rating integration. -Campaigns and reminders for past clients to leave reviews via email and SMS. -Customer support. Rep is always reaching out to go over new features and make sure we are happy with the product. -Continuing to innovate. Not a month goes by that BirdEye doesn't improve their product. -Listening and implementing feedback. -Staying on top of changes with the review sites we encourage clients to leave us feedback on. Cons - New survey functionality is awesome but needs a few tweaks to make it more effective. -Review integration on Wordpress websites could be improved. Likelihood to Recommend - BirdEye is well suited for automatically sending review requests from our clients so we don't have to spend time managing the process. It integrates with most industry-specific review sites (like Zillow in our case) so we can focus on networks that are important for us but may not be for another industry. I can't think of an industry in which reviews aren't important, so no scenario I think in which it wouldn't be appropriate. Users and Roles - 1. Our Main Branch Location (Our team and the most likely search result when people are looking for mortgages) 2. Individual Loan Officers (Individual practitioners who benefit by having reviews available to clients doing their due diligence after being referred to us) Return on Investment - SEO improvements, aka our websites being found easier online -Google seller rating, our click ads are more effective and less expensive -Trust builder, we often hear our clients tell us that our positive reviews influenced their decision to use Academy Mortgage Alternatives Considered - TrustPilot, Reputation.com and Review Push - BirdEye has better features and is more suited to our business model. Specifically, the "review roll-up" from loan officer to branch profile was a big influencer of us choosing to go with BirdEye. It is reasonably priced for the features that it offers. I don't have experience with the customer support of other products, but it would be tough for them to beat the level of attentiveness and communication we receive from our rep.     BirdEye is Very pleasant to work with. Pros: Easy to use and availiable on my mobile phone so i can pull it up at any time. I have experienced great customer service with this software. Overall: I like it the way it is because it is so easy to use. The software is constantly changing and improving all the time.

    Good Review Generator Pros: Easily get online reviews using this system. It automates the task of asking the customer to leave an online review. Cons: Customer support can be extremely difficult to deal with at times. You will want to stay on top of them and make sure that it is functioning properly. They will not notify you if the system goes down.

    Birdeye is an amazing software product, easy to use and produces amazing results. Pros: Simple, clean and efficient. User friendly by far the best social media integration system our practice has ever used. Cons: The only con is that if a patient would like to opt out of this system they cannot do it on their own... we have to do it for them.

    Professional, delivering what they promise at less than half the cost of similar programs Pros: I send them a file of customer info and they get the reviews. for a company our size, we had 14 Google reviews in a week.

    This service is a vital part of our new marketing, as we move to social media. Pros: Online reviews were a complete mystery to me, and I was falling behind my competitors as a result. BirdEye's request system, and their ability to autopost to Facebook, makes this a breeze. Clients response rates are nice and high, in part because the text message BirdEye send makes it very easy to post a review . Cons: It would be great if the reviews could be posted to Google+ automatically. I understand Google does not allow this. Other than that, it appears they distribute to all the relevant review sites. It can be a bit difficult finding certain features and settings in the admin browser, but i am getting the hang of it.

    Professional and friendly. Good from the sales people to the training personal to the online service Pros: It software is flexible and comes complete with training and great customer support. Everytime I ask for help, they are quick to respond. Cons: Taking me time to switch over from previous supplier and get data in right format. But service is assisting

    Easy to use software Pros: Makes it easy to see and respond to all of my reviews. And the auto re-marketing onto other review sites is great! Cons: Yelp integration is not as good as it is with other review sites, as you are directed onto the Yelp page to leave the review.

    Easy to Use | Friendly Support | Great Reports | Simplifies my life Pros: Quick implementation, was up and working right after! Great reports and simple to use. Automates and does the work for me Cons: Price a bit on the high end, but justified. Email templates can be more customized with add functions.

    Love this product! Pros: Ease of use. We really didn't have to do anything! Our goal was to increase the number of reviews knowing that it would increase the ratings. Without BirdEye we would not have achieved this. Could not be happier with the result. Cons: I did receive a few complaints about too many emails. Emails went out to all new members and I should have clarified how many times they would be asked to review.

    Flawless. Easy. Excellent Dashboard. What a great way to reach customers and market for new ones. Pros: Extremely easy to capture and share reviews. Simple and to the point. Spot on with today's fast paced social media sites. GREAT product!

    Great software but needs more tiers Pros: I love the ability to see everything on one page. Data analysis and customer management is amazing. Cons: I wish it had more tiers of customers. I find this version little bit overpriced for what it does, especially being a small business. Overall: great platform

    Great product for obtaining feedback from clients and online reviews. Pros: Extremely easy to use, Improved my SEO placement almost immediately- I dominate page one in my area for organic search, technical support, customer support, flexibility with billing issues, Cons: It's a little expensive for my level of business, but the live support is awesome! I guess its hard to put a price on stellar on line reputation management.

    Has generated more reviews than other methods and programs I have used. Pros: Generates reviews to google and other top sites. Integrates easily and well with my practice software Cons: Dashboard- I think the dashboard is not all that user friendly and is somewhat cumbersome. Value- the monthly charge is pretty high considering the thing is on autopilot. Ideally the should charge more for upfront set up cost, but less monthly, if they want clients to be long term users. Overall: Increased reviews-primary reason I signed up and it has worked as planned.

    Extremely smooth and informative Pros: The feature that we most enjoy about the software is being able to view all of our social platforms from one dashboard Overall: The amount of attention that BirdEye gives to you makes you feel like you are their only client. It's awesome to know that an answer is never more than a few moments away. The only downfall that we see is that we cannot post directly to the social media platform from the dashboard, but that is no problem.

    I received some training from Rachel Melnick and she was amazing. She walked me through the entire program teaching me how to use all the tools. After our training she emailed me and listed everything we went over together and included the items that she was going to help me incorporate. Several weeks later I emailed her with a question and she responded right away and provided detailed information regarding my question. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to provide superior customer service.

    getting reviews set up for ease of use for client yet have the reviews seen by other social accounts Pros: nice easy way to get reviews completed by clients automatically and share on social media sites. I love that there are additional features too. And that my company gets a copy of the reviews. Cons: not able to re-send review request to clients if within 180 days of being sent. somethimes we need to send again to remind clients to prsent a review
