It houses all company's social media reviews I used to have a second thought with Birdeye, but when it saved me from a loophole from one of the social media pages, I don't think there is a better tool where you can see all your social media page's reviews in one portal and notifies you when you have a new one. It even retains reviews that we noticed it was taken off from a certain media page, it was the best tool we had to cross check these reviews if they are really there or not. I'm so thankful our company switched on to it. PROS It houses all company's social media reviews. Across all platforms. CONS I haven't explored the software 100% but i think we will be keeping this a little longer to discover more potential VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Rowin! Professional, friendly, and very helpful service!

If you’ve opened the app at any point in the day and get a notification that a new message has come through you have to completely close and restart the app for the whole message to be there. It also assigns conversations to the person who first opened a new message from a client and doesn’t notify anyone else that a message has come in, which makes it so someone has to to either text a coworker on their days off to inform them a message has come in or someone has to be closing and refreshing the app all day just to make sure they aren’t missing something. A very useful tool but could definitely perform better for larger companies with multiple locations.

Birdeye is the best way to have people express their positive experiences and generate very helpful feedback.

The staff at Birdeye have been very helpful in making sure my business address is seen in the correct city. Due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, our firm moved from Eugene to Salem in 2020. Birdeye has been very helpful making certain my correct address in Salem in seen in platforms across the internet. They will efficiently help you improve your internet presence with the professional staff who quickly gained my confidence.

Good for reputation management Pros: I like that it allows us to request and receive reviews for Google, we also get text messaging through the app with Birdeye but we have to physically generate the messages. Cons: We can not get any automated text message reminders through Birdeye, we want a service provider for this service. There are other features but they are at an additional cost. Also one of the Birdeye employees was badgering me to sign a two year contract instead of our usual one year contract. And he charged my credit card for additional fees as well without my knowledge. Overall: For overall reputation management Birdeye is great, when review requests are sent out. I feel like sometimes this is hit or miss. It's like when we get closer to renewal time we start to get reviews but in the midyear it drys up and we get nothing.
We have been in Business over 40 years and only had 50 google reviews. Birdeye has almost doubled our online reviews in the first 30 days and I cant thank them enough! 10 Stars!
