    Why Get Birdeye?Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye for Social Media Reputation Management. They helped us raise our rating on Google from 2.1 to 3.1I also use Birdeye for Mass Messaging (Text/Email) and for Survey and Reviews.Also for answering question with Live chat and Chat bot for auto response with our FAQ.Pros - Social Media Reputation Management -Mass SMS messaging and Mass E-mail message for Announcement -Survey and Review forms to send -Chatbot for our FAQ if the question are posted beyond office hours -Live Chat to help our customers question in real time -Listing our Company to over 50 sitesCons - Maybe the automation can be fix by us meaning the user and not from Birdeye support. So whenever I add new Survey I can just edit the VA automation myself. Currently, i need to ask them for help with this. But they respond quickly. -making the google monitoring refresh to automate force refresh at least twice a day? -making the requirements on sending thru SFTP be more easier so I won't get too much failed send.Likelihood to Recommend - Whenever we get a score of 8-10 for our survey. Birdeye is monitor that and if the score is in 8-10 they send a review to that customer automatically! which help us not to monitor every survey we get manually. They have so much automation function which is really great!Return on Investment - we get more customers now -we get more good reviews now -we know our customer wants through the surveyAlternatives Considered - Did not other products beside Birdeye. This was recommended to us by a friend of our CEO.Other Software Used - Microsoft TeamsSupport Rating - I have asked them for help many times and they act fast and very knowledgeable.Usability - Because they are very helpful. And easy to setup and use. All company needs a good reputation to flourish.

    As a very small business, we sometimes get overlooked and not made a priority when it comes to tools for bettering our business and improving reviews. Birdeye has been a pleasant and overall easy experience so far.     Great service Pros: User friendly and great service. Real time and useful information that helps our company to be better. Great support from Birdeye team. Cons: I don't have anything that I like the least. Overall: Reaching out to customers and getting feedbacks from them. Birdeye allowed us to have a platform to reach out to our customers. Birdeye service allowed us to get feedbacks from them and use it to improve our customer service and improve customer experience overall.

    Straightfoward and SimpleUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We have an extensive portfolio of properties across the Sunbelt and Birdeye helps us manage their reviews across various portals.Pros - Review templates -Updated reviews -Updated review answersCons - Customer Service -Customer Sentiment Analysis -KeywordsLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great if you have to manage many profiles across different review sites. I, personally, don't find it necessary if you're only managing one single profile.Return on Investment - Improved Reputation -Crisis Management -Improved OperationsSupport Rating - In my experience, it really depends on the representative you get. I feel like some care and some don't care at all. I'm under the impression that most support calls turn into a sales-y situation, which, in my opinion, can be annoying.Usability - It's easy to use, straightforward, and simple.

    Why Get Birdeye? Pros: Birdeye helps you in many ways, business reputation management is one of the best features of Birdeye. All business needs to have a good reputation to flourish. Cons: Not all company are perfect but they will try their best to help your company. Overall: Whenever we have questions and need help they are always there. 1 click away for my questions. The ease of use of their platform is what makes them great. Very satisfying result!

    My experience with Birdeye has been phenomenal! They have been extra helpful when we had questions and their explanation of how to use their dashboard is great! The app and their online dashboard is very easy to navigate and use. I worked with Himani and Krishna and they were super helpful and positive. I would 100% recommend using Birdeye for your buisness.

Cons: It sometimes logs me out, but it is easy to log back in! Overall: Everyday we are able to see what our customers needs are. What they are needing us to improve on, and what they love about us!!

    Great Platform Pros: Birdeye is very easy to use for reviews. Everything is laid out nicely and never have issues. Cons: I wish that when someone reviewed on Birdeye that it would automatically review on the other platforms.
