I'll spare you my rant with reference to the issues I had(have) with Birdeye. However, I would like to highly commend Kaush for the assistance he gave. He was able to quickly ascertain the problem and offer solution for the issue to the best that the Birdeye platform will allow. And - above all - he remained professional and cool in the face of my unhinged tantrums both on the phone and on email. Thank you Kaush

Ankur was very professional and demonstrated expertise to resolve the issue with our IT team. I feel my representative, while usually on top of things, was a bit too hands off in helping get this issue resolved and it took unusually long (nearly 3 weeks) to get the survey service for our new Passaic location up and running. We were charged for three weeks of full service, but only had the surveys running as of December 20.
