The platform serves as your one-stop shop for all business correspondence. It has made it incredibly simple to interact with and keep in touch with our customers outside of our physical stores. Also, customer service responds quite quickly. Cons: They need to expand the functionality accessible from each screen and reorganize their drop-down menus. A longer and occasionally confusing integration procedure. Overall: Birdeye completely instructed us on how to use the platform and automated my system. Using it is pretty simple. I love being able to generate original insights with competitor monitoring, which is a great feature.

Great way to manage reviews! Pros: Manage reviews across multiple platforms and systems. Very easy to request reviews via email or text. Cons: Can be difficult to get social media connected to the platform.
