    Lacking in customer service but amazing with review requests Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for review management, review requests, website chat and for mass emails. Pros - Review Requests -Reporting -Chat Customizability Cons - Account Management -Customer Service -Chat Speed Load Times Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is fantastic at collecting reviews. Their review request emails are very customer friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Return on Investment - Increase in reviews -Better reporting -Increase outreach capabilities Alternatives Considered - Podium - Podium also has issues with account management and customer service. They are comparable but Birdeye has a better review request interface and reporting than Birdeye. Support Rating - This area is where Birdeye is lacking the most. There is difficulty knowing where and who to contact when help is needed. Usability - The interface has a tendency to be slow when it comes to load times and during chat conversations.

    Birdeye, not just reports but good ones Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there. Pros - Social feature -Review auto response on multiple platforms -Mass email campaigns, with a max of 5000 -Reports Cons - Integration with our PIM software for surveys -Inbox not having an auto response for google chat -Not being able to turn off the inbox feature Likelihood to Recommend - Social media and reviews are the best features. Once we integrated into Facebook and Instagram we were able to have a great look at everything. So far, I cannot say for the surveys as we are in the very early phases. Listings are perfect for when we are relocating a business. Reports are fantastic when reporting to my upper management. Return on Investment - One stop shop for Reviews are great, it saves marketing department time and money on if they were all separate. -I'm not sure about the surveys yet due to integration. -Listings is very easy to use with updating this saved us money compared to competitors. Alternatives Considered - Hootsuite - I feel like the social tool is way better than anything that Hootsuite can offer. Very user-friendly. Customizable to each clinic. Listen tool where you can do some social searches on things going on in your industry. Other Software Used - Google Analytics, Canvas, Microsoft Power BI Support Rating - Our main Tech person is fantastic and has given me his direct phone line if we need help. We have an accounts manager that just switched and a Customer service rep too. Both are good at communication; they just don't always have an answer and seem to rely on the main Tech person. But they are great at helping with smaller issues. Usability - I think it is very easy to figure out very quickly by just playing around in the dashboard. If you have a question you can reach out to our contacts and they do a very good job of figuring out if or what is the problem and getting back to us fast.

    Birdeye will have your business flying high! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye in a variety of ways. Our original contact with them was to inquire about an online chat for our website. Within that process we learned the wide scope of services they offer and we put our online reputation in their hands. We love having "all things online" in one place. We can manage all of our reviews, chats, and referrals on their site. They had a great staff that walked us through the set up process to get everything up and running. We continue to have a monthly meeting with our representative that keeps us up on our progress and helps us to see what is working and what is not. They have always been upfront and honest about the modules that we need and which ones we don't. I think it speaks very highly of their integrity when they are trying to sell something, and they bring to light the fact that it's not something we needed. That is when I knew they cared about me as their customer and not just their sales. We have loved using the Birdeye platform! Pros - Date reporting -Online presence management -Gathering reviews Cons - Sometimes when we are replaying on the chat, the cursor will jump back to the beginning of the line. That is very frustrating. Likelihood to Recommend - We love the Birdeye platform! It has helped us to streamline the online portion of our business. Return on Investment - Getting more of our reviews posted direct to Google has help our online presence. -The corrections and maintenance of the many different online sites where our business data is posted frees up my time for other things. -Monthly review of our reports monitoring our online presence. Alternatives Considered - Trustpilot - We have a lot of reviews for our business from Trustpilot. They are also a great company to work with. What we appreciate about Birdeye over Trustpilot is Birdeye pushes our reviews out to Google and not just on their own site. Other Software Used - TransUnion TruVision, Equifax Workforce Solutions Support Rating - Great customer support! They answer our questions quickly and resolve any issues in a reasonable period of time. Usability - We have found the Birdeye platform to be very user friendly. It's easy to navigate and provides great feedback. If we do have an issue with something we are typically able to get it resolved quickly.

    The time it has saved our team has been a gamechanger! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for social media, reviews, and texting more than any of the other features. The texting has been a game changer for us! Most people will respond quicker to a text than a phone call. It has saved us so much time and kept operations streamlined. Pros - Texting with clients -Asking former clients for a review -Managing and organizing social media post. Cons - I think, although a wonderful feature, the social media function could be better. If you need to make an edit you basically have to delete it or go to each social media and do it directly. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye has some pretty sophisticated options for obtaining reviews. You can integrate it with several types of CSM which makes it easier and more efficient to send review request. However, in our field of work, we do not want to send review request to every client. Therefore, we have it linked up to our CSM but we do not have it on auto. I like how we can manually send reviews to our clients. Return on Investment - I think Birdeye has helped us become more efficient with client interaction. It has also been a useful tool for potential new clients who can text or message us and get an almost immediate response. Other Software Used - Pipedrive, Clio Support Rating - I can not say enough good things about the support with Birdeye! When I have had a question, they were on top of it. They also check in here and there to see how things are going and offer training on areas we may not be using effectively. Usability - I think it is very user friendly. I thought, in the beginning, I would need to train my team to use it. But that was not the case. I appreciate the onboarding Birdeye gave me for more complex task.

    10/10 will use forever! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet! Pros - Generates reviews from actual customers -SEO help -Social media advance posts Cons - The app on the phone should be the same as the computer Likelihood to Recommend - The customer service is excellent. I’ve never once had a problem with the company, but I feel if I did, it would be resolved very quickly. And the fact that I have so many reviews! I don’t like reviews that are fake and computer generated so it makes me happy that mine are genuine. Return on Investment - The more reviews we have the more clients we get Other Software Used - Meevo 2, Ooma Office Support Rating - They answer questions right away and direct you to where you need to be Usability - It’s pretty easy for me because I’m pretty computer illiterate. Anything that I don’t get, my representative will walk me through step by step. I don’t have to wait until our monthly meetings if I have a question, I can email or call and it will get resolved right away
