Birdeye is a great site that helps with reviews for your company. I could not have done it without the help of Sunidhi Sharma-- she is wonderful!
Since connecting with Birdeye, the customer service has been very responsive. We did have a couple hiccups connecting our Facebook page to the platform but they ultimately figured it out and everything is running as it should. We’ve already got a few reviews by using the system so we’re happy so far. Deepti, our on boarding rep, has been very nice, super responsive, and knowledgeable. She’s been a big help.
I signed up with Birdeye around a month ago and I’ve already gotten 17 reviews and the people are great. My on boarding specialist Debrosi was fantastic.
Birdeye and specifically Sunidhi is a pleasure to work with. They have a very thorough training process and have been very helpful through it. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Job, Anjali! :) ----- UPDATE!: I recently worked with Ritesh and Rishi on a user issue that I was experiencing within my Birdeye dashboard. They were extremely helpful and professional and worked everything out FAST! This allowed me to get back to what matters most....my business and giving all of my attention where it belongs. :)
Review negatives and feedback and try to improve the image of the company Pros: -A good way to mange your reviews. -Good ways to contac your customers and find what bothers them, -Imrpove your customer experience by finding out what they think about you. Cons: Just that you hace to share the credentials instead of granting and removing it with an admin account.
As a small business, we are so happy with Birdeye. What they offer is absolutely the best way to do your online marketing all in one place. Also they are quick to respond to any questions and are extremely knowledgeable . We are working with Antariksha at Birdeye and we could not be happier!
We have used Birdeye for our reputation management for many years. We recently added some new features and the onboarding was organized and beneficial. Snehashish, Ridhi and Rishiraj are easy to work with and the program makes a big difference for our company.

Not bad, could be better PROS Can put all of your reviews in one area on your website CONS Some of our customers complained about the birdeye reps that would call them.
Birdeye Review PROS I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great. CONS The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.
