I have been working with Birdeye for the last couple of weeks. I've received excellent service from Snehashish Ghoshal. He is a very patient man because I'm not the easiest person to learn a new program. He made sure I understood everything and also sent me follow up emails with everything that was discussed on each of our meetings along with helpful videos that I could refer back to. I couldn't be happier with this program and would recommend Birdeye to anyone wanting to get their business out there on the world wide net!

Birdeye Review Pros: Birdeye is AI powered & has a good user reputation. It has a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. I found it easy to use. Cons: I found it has integration issues. There was missing features. Overall: Its helpful that you can post & schedule everything for all your social media sites. I liked the all in one dashboard. The customer support was good.

These a real people working at a real App company based out of America. I had issues, wanted to cancel because of my personal business costs and was impressed by the fact that I’ve known two people to work for this company and when speaking to Birdeye to resolve my issue, I had a very personable experience with someone I felt was a real person and not an NPC if you know what I mean.
