We have had a fantastic experience onboarding with BirdEye and their services. Himashu is our contact person; his knowledge and patience with my endless questions was incredible. My only regret is I did not know about BirdEye earlier!

Birdeye Review Pros: Birdeye is AI powered & has a good user reputation. It has a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. I found it easy to use. Cons: I found it has integration issues. There was missing features. Overall: Its helpful that you can post & schedule everything for all your social media sites. I liked the all in one dashboard. The customer support was good.

Great review program Used daily to respong to client reviews, which are huge as thats how most people select their professional services PROS The AI generated review responses are great, emails when a client submits a review are very helpful CONS Wish it was easier to have a review disputed and removed

Easy to use It is easy to utilize and track conversations. PROS It is so easy to send text messages to clients. CONS There can be many issues/delays with updating auto-texts for different office hours or holiday hours. We are told we can call BirdEye to make these changes, but then we are always required to send an email to BirdEye Support with the updated hours we would like. Sometimes there is a delay with the auto-text hours being updated, the update request might be inaccurate for our auto-response, or the auto-texts are sent to clients at inaccurate times/outside of what was requested. It would be nice for better consistency with update requests or for businesses to be able to control editing their own auto-responses.
