Birdeye Review Pros: Birdeye is AI powered & has a good user reputation. It has a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. I found it easy to use. Cons: I found it has integration issues. There was missing features. Overall: Its helpful that you can post & schedule everything for all your social media sites. I liked the all in one dashboard. The customer support was good.

These a real people working at a real App company based out of America. I had issues, wanted to cancel because of my personal business costs and was impressed by the fact that I’ve known two people to work for this company and when speaking to Birdeye to resolve my issue, I had a very personable experience with someone I felt was a real person and not an NPC if you know what I mean. I started using Birdeye six months ago and it makes it very convenient to send out review requests.
After working with Birdeye for the past couple of months, I say it is a must have, especially for people just starting out with their business! Our Onboarding specialist Shubhang has been so helpful getting us set up and answering even the nit-pickiest of questions we've had. Since I hire this Company In less than 2 weeks I start seeing results. About what they promised me It's been deliver. I gonna wait 6 to 8 months. To see more results and I will.put another Review . For now, they have done what they promise and I'm happy with that.

Great review program Used daily to respong to client reviews, which are huge as thats how most people select their professional services PROS The AI generated review responses are great, emails when a client submits a review are very helpful CONS Wish it was easier to have a review disputed and removed
Easy to use It is easy to utilize and track conversations. PROS It is so easy to send text messages to clients. CONS There can be many issues/delays with updating auto-texts for different office hours or holiday hours. We are told we can call BirdEye to make these changes, but then we are always required to send an email to BirdEye Support with the updated hours we would like. Sometimes there is a delay with the auto-text hours being updated, the update request might be inaccurate for our auto-response, or the auto-texts are sent to clients at inaccurate times/outside of what was requested. It would be nice for better consistency with update requests or for businesses to be able to control editing their own auto-responses.
So grateful for Birdeye and everyone who helped set up our system! They were each so patient and encouraging when teaching me what I can used Birdeye for and how to do it!
