They do an amazing job walking you through and answering all my questions. And, then we do multiple follow up calls. That was so fantastic. Since then we are really seen our reviews increase. I'm really glad we found and are using Birdeye - really has helped our online presence and reviews.

PROS Ease of use with automatic surveys being mailed immediately after closings. CONS We did not seem to have as much traction and social media and get as much review participation as other platforms. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE This was a corporate decision to make the change.
