BirdEye will increase your reviews Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We are a dental office with over 3000 patients. We use BirdEye to encourage our patients to leave reviews and be able to handle complaints quickly and efficiently. BirdEye integrates with our practice management software so it takes very little effort on our part. Pros - We have seen a huge increase of reviews being left - all but 2 have been 5*. -It takes very little oversight or work on our part. -It integrates with our software and sends request for feedback to our patients. Cons - It seems like customer service is now being handled overseas and has not been as helpful as in the past. Likelihood to Recommend - It is very well suited for dental/medical offices with solid customer service that want to generate more positive reviews. It might not be well suited if good customer services policies are not already in place. Users and Roles - Both our Marketing/Office Manager and the Doctor/Owner use BirdEye. Return on Investment - We've seen an increase of new patients who have come to us because of the positive reviews. -We've seen a higher Google placement /SEO function. Alternatives Considered - Demandforce and Solutionreach - We have looked at DemandForce and SolutionReach. Other Software Used - CS PracticeWorks Software
Matt Hastings is truly an amazing communicator. What was difficult for me to understand talking with other company's offering similar products was made crystal clear with Matt. BirdEye's product offering is truly superior and will significantly improve our online reputation and our business's bottom line.
