Hello I am a small American made company struggling to get our feet off the ground well this company explained to me if it didn't work out they would refund back to my account well they got me 310.00+276.00 and I canceled 24 days in and all I get is sorry and No stay away from this 3rdworld market company and I'm just calling it like I see it .Ok they kept their word they have refunded the money as they said they would and further more I have terminated subscription and know im getting calls?

Birdeye made the onboarding experience fairly painless over a 3 week time period. We had some problems with our EHR and they helped every step of the process to get it resolved with our IT person. Our rep Chetna was exceptional. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Our rating has already gone up .4 points in just a few weeks! We're very glad we've implemented it for our business.
