The representative who helped me this time around answered by questions well and explained what changes would do what. For months, we've been wanting to turn off the option for customers to message us through birdeye and google chat. Seems like Nivlah was able to get it handled for us and everything should be fine in about 24-48 hours. Very great news, glad we were able to be helped by this representative
