    Useful but not necessary Pros: I enjoyed the ease and extra time I had by having an automated review management software. The practice did indeed get more and better reviews because of BirdEye Cons: For the price, one can do without it if you have a dedicated person managing your reviews and making it a priority or even better if this is already included as a feature with your scheduling system (which a lot do nowadays). Overall: When I had one unfair, poor review I tried to work with customer service to mitigate the effects and they were not as helpful or proactive as I would have expected.

    Colette and Celesta was amazing John and Bilal in Respiratory was great motivating my Father. Steven Thibault was very great calming me down in a tough situation. Monica was a great RN keeping my father on track. Lisa Mitchell LPN was great too. The Patient Care techs was awesome as well.

    Looking forward to everything that Birdeye can do for us. Onboarding process was excellent. Nick was very patient with me in the training process and has promptly returned any question or concern that I have presented to him.

    Love it! Pros: An easy to use, everyday kind of software that is great! Cons: The ability to respond back to Google reviews directly from emails should be implemented. Overall: The company and the employees all go out of their way to do exceptional work!

    BirdEye Substantially Built Clients Businesses Pros: The ease of use and the technical support are my favorite aspects of the software. Simple to set up and whenever in need, the technical support department is wonderful!!!!! I deal with a number of third party companies - tech support here is above and beyond. Best of all, the software really makes a difference for my clients as everyone thrives and flourishes on good reviews if so deserving! Cons: In some ways it is a bit basic. Would like more control over the look and feel of the product - sometimes being told a change cannot be made. Also, would prefer more control on my end - rather than having to rely on tech support - although again they are a pleasure to work with. Overall: As a reseller of the product, not only is there money to be made, it really works. I look like a superstar to my clients growing their businesses substantially....

    An Answer for us In our business, the teams that work in the field are tired at the end of the day. We have been having difficulty having them ask for a referral. We had office staff ask for referrals. The office staff doesn't have the same relationship with the customers as the technicians in the field do. We tried Birdeye not knowing what would happen. We are very happy with the results. I suggest trying Birdeye and seeing the results.
