    The staff at Birdeye have been very helpful in making sure my business address is seen in the correct city. Due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, our firm moved from Eugene to Salem in 2020. Birdeye has been very helpful making certain my correct address in Salem in seen in platforms across the internet. They will efficiently help you improve your internet presence with the professional staff who quickly gained my confidence.

    Everything was great!! Little bit confusing and overwhelming at first but we got through it and managed to get everything done and clearly understood. Def feel comfortable using the program now!

    If you’ve opened the app at any point in the day and get a notification that a new message has come through you have to completely close and restart the app for the whole message to be there. It also assigns conversations to the person who first opened a new message from a client and doesn’t notify anyone else that a message has come in, which makes it so someone has to to either text a coworker on their days off to inform them a message has come in or someone has to be closing and refreshing the app all day just to make sure they aren’t missing something. A very useful tool but could definitely perform better for larger companies with multiple locations.

    It houses all company's social media reviews I used to have a second thought with Birdeye, but when it saved me from a loophole from one of the social media pages, I don't think there is a better tool where you can see all your social media page's reviews in one portal and notifies you when you have a new one. It even retains reviews that we noticed it was taken off from a certain media page, it was the best tool we had to cross check these reviews if they are really there or not. I'm so thankful our company switched on to it. PROS It houses all company's social media reviews. Across all platforms. CONS I haven't explored the software 100% but i think we will be keeping this a little longer to discover more potential VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Rowin!     My experience with Birdeye The initial reason we used Birdeye was to manage our referral campaigns. Although the referral portion of Birdeye is good, I do feel it needs a little improvement. I really wanted a way that I could manage referral pay-outs through Birdeye, connecting to Amazon for example for gift cards and managing who I have paid and who I have not paid. PROS Customer Service was important to me and Birdeye does have a great staff of people that are there when you need them. They answered all my questions when I had them almost immediately. CONS The inter-office chat is definitely a product that I know Birdeye is working on but would be really helpful in our business. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE They were the quickest to actually reply to my inquiry on their product. A couple of companies to this day have not even responded.     Good for reputation management For overall reputation management Birdeye is great, when review requests are sent out. I feel like sometimes this is hit or miss. It's like when we get closer to renewal time we start to get reviews but in the midyear it drys up and we get nothing. PROS I like that it allows us to request and receive reviews for Google, we also get text messaging through the app with Birdeye but we have to physically generate the messages. CONS We can not get any automated text message reminders through Birdeye, we want a service provider for this service. There are other features but they are at an additional cost. Also one of the Birdeye employees was badgering me to sign a two year contract instead of our usual one year contract. And he charged my credit card for additional fees as well without my knowledge. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Again the price point for Birdeye was superior for the same service. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE The price point was lower with Birdeye for the same service so that is why we switched. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Deborah, we appreciate your feedback.     Birdeye is great! PROS Birdeye is easy to use! We love how visible it makes us on Google! CONS I think Birdeye is great!     "Awsome reputation management platform" PROS Very easy and intuitive. I can do so much thing with tool . Best feature in this is customer support and level of help.
