Birdeye very satisfied with this software because it is design for fast pace task. PROS This software is very easy to use, just a few steps you need for you to enjoy this application. Very reccomendable because it will help you save your time. CONS I can't think of any areas that I do not like about this software because it is working perfect for me. Outstanding customer service. And this should come as no surprise given that BirdEye's main strength is providing their clients with tools that help enhance their business's customer service efforts. Shivashish, Ryan, and Shaun, were all super helpful, knowledgeable and fun guys to work with. Shivashish (people call him Shiva for short) was especially delightful to work with and trained our entire team on the basics of the platform in a single session, while providing ongoing, responsive support. Would definitely recommend this company and service if you wish to communicate with your customers more efficiently and effectively.
