    Easy to use, light years ahead the competitor platform PROS The implementation setup was easy with full support from Birdeye. The software platform is so easy to use and has a great reporting section. Also you can have automatic responses go out for good reviews. CONS Can't fault it for much, the custom set up for reveiew responses could have been labelled easier, so if a 3 star review came in, a 3 star auto response goes out. That would be helpful. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE The demo was excellent and product offerings were supierior. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Their customer support was awful, cancellation was brutal with Podium.     Good product, but flawed The support team really wants to do a good job and can make up for the product's shortcomings. Issues pop up, naturally, as we come across unique instances, etc., and our Account Manager is great about working with us on finding resolutions. PROS Birdeye's ability to integrate with a wide variety of patient management systems (PMS) for review generation is exceptional and sets this product apart from anything else we can find. Our clients use a wide variety of PMSs, and Birdeye integrates with nearly all of them. If they don't they'll work on finding a solution to bring automation to the system. CONS We have a large number of clients that use this system and during the sales process we were told that all we needed to do was provide a CSV of their names & locations, and the onboarding team would handle it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had to manually configure a profile for each of our clients. Also, the continually cross market to existing clients. For example, we have a client that has multiple locations. Most of the locations are managed through our Birdeye account, while one location has it's own Birdeye account not tied to us. The manager of that one location continues to receive messages from Birdeye saying that they really should bring the other locations onboard and also says that nothing is being done with the locations we manage. Every time they send a message we request that Birdeye flag that the other locations are in our account - for some reason they won't. It's been a major issue for some of our larger clients with multiple locations spread across different Birdeye accounts. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Birdeye's integration with our client's patient management systems was a game changer.     Easy to use Happy with everything right now PROS I like that I don't have to be 'tech' on this. I have handed off management to it to someone else in the office who isn't as techy as me. PROS We understand the value of reviews to our business and utilize Birdeye as integral part of our business.     Fully committed After many years of use the perfect review solution. PROS ease of use and easy to navigate and other than this annoying review requiring a certain number characters CONS could not think of anything at this time however since it requires I write something, I Ould have to say the asking for reviews after I already summated a review twice on my mobile app is super annoying.     A game-changer for our company Great experience! Easy to use and manage and has been really beneficial and time saving for our company. PROS Our company needed to increase our online presence and Birdeye has been an excellent online reputation management system. Our employees are able to use it with one click of a button and we have seen a great increase in our star rating. It is a great way to get feedback from our clients and monitor our service. CONS There are some times that the contacts don't seem to update well. Would like more options for Salesforce integration to have template choices from that end.     Reviews with ease PROS I love how easy it is to use, and how you can implement clients CMS systems so it. gets even easier. If they aren't, I love how it is so simple to enter a name. CONS More programs that it can integrate with. Like Rapport is a big one, and sometimes integrations break and we are not told that they are until last minute.     Reputation Solicitation Is Fantastic Very difficult onboarding process, limited support when issues arise. Directory listing service is not up to par with other providers like text. PROS It is very easy to integrate practice mgmt systems with the birdeye review solicitation API. CONS integrating with multiple locations or locations on cloud based servers REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE integration with PMS system capability.     Birdeye Review It is the only tool that integrates with our Customer's CRM platform. It helps them generate reviews and manage their reviews. PROS It helps us manage reviews for our Dental Clients CONS Birdeye is used for Local SEO to set up citations for our customers, but some of the citations are not there and not edited correctly.     Importance of reviews in todays market Customer service has been incredible. They continue to stay in touch until problem has been resolved. PROS Very nice presentation when clients open the review request, CONS Many clients have difficulty or are unable to leave a review, but this not the fault of Birdeye, it’s a google issue. People without a gmail account have to surf around to figure out how to use their non gmail account. many get frustrated and stop, or think their review has been posted, but it wasn’t. Birdeye gives you an additional option to leave a review through Birdeye alone which is helpful for those with difficulties. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Stacie!     Easy to use, easy to generate reviews Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to generate reviews and referrals for our clients. We set up the campaigns that go out to the client's patients to request a review a few hours after their appointment and to request a referral a few weeks later. We, and our clients, also use Birdeye to manually request reviews and referrals. We take advantage of the reporting functions of Birdeye to show our clients the reach and success of the campaigns. Pros - Portal is easy to use. -Quick responses to support tickets and inquiries. -Great customer service reps. Cons - I'd like to see more options for the timing and frequency of the review requests. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great for setting up automated programs. It works really well for generating reviews without requiring much effort by us or our clients after it's initially set up. It is also well-suited for quickly making any changes on the fly to the campaigns. It's not as well-situated to send personalized messages to their patients. Most Important Features - Automation -Easiness of use -Responsive customer support Return on Investment - Increased reviews received by our clients. Alternatives Considered - I really like how easy it is to personalize the timing of the campaigns as well as the text and formatting for each campaign. Compared to other types of online programs I've used before, Birdeye has some of the most responsive customer service people, and it's super easy and intuitive to use and update the existing campaigns.

    Birdeye is an Excellent Product Pros: I have used Birdeye for over a decade and it just keeps getting better with more applications that help my firm get reviews, surveys, text messages and chat with potential clients. And so much more that I have not used yet. I absolutely love it! I have not found another company which would be as helpful or with Birdeye's excellent reputation. And the support is above the top! They are also careful to comply with Google rules regarding reviews. For all that and more I highly recommend Birdeye! Cons: I cannot think of anything I like the least about this software. It's all great! Overall: Excellent

    This product is the best I've ever encountered Pros: Smooth navigation, user friendly as well as an amazing support team at you service provided by Birdeye. Cons: Well I have encountered a few delays from the responses from the program after selecting or clicking on the a tab for it to load and it does get better with time spent on it but important to suggest for Birdeye devloper to look into those delays ASAP because it does become a little bit frustrating at times. Overall: Its has honestly been a game changer to me so far. Amazing product to encounter.

    Avnish Mishra was my tech support and my on boarding tech. he was sooo patient and calm as I was getting frustrated with the on boarding session. he took over and set my frustration at ease and took care of all business needs.     Great Service Pros: I personally use Birdeye to track our Google and Facebook reviews. I love the ability to send the link directly to clients and other vendors, the notification and the tracking and charts. Cons: Honestly in the short time I've been using this software I have not come across any cons.

    Where have you been??? Pros: Having a brick & mortar store, plus a website means potential customers will base their decision to visit a location or a website based on other customers' experiences. Birdeye allows us to thank those who leave positive reviews as well as see areas where we could improve. Being able to see reviews and direct feedback all in one place means we can respond to our customers quicker and more efficiently. Features like "Reports" lets us see which platforms (Google, Facebook, etc) we have the strongest following and where we could amp up marketing. All in all, Birdeye was our "missing puzzle piece" Cons: We have been using Birdeye for almost a year now; I haven't run into anything that would deter me from recommending them to another business. The only thing (not even a huge deal) is we are not able to fully utilize the "campaign" feature as we are in the firearms industry; it's a no-no for Birdeye. Overall: Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] would have to log in to all the different social media/review outlets to respond to customers directly. This would mean it was all on him. With Birdeye, we can create users with varying permissions (customer service team/storefront associates) to increase the response time to reviews/direct feedback/inquiries. This, in turn, also boosted our review stats!

    I have been with BirdEye for almost 2 years . We started with 5-6 reviews and now we have over 100 with 4.7 level of satisfaction. The patients go online and they see the reviews and the ratings they become New patients .

    Birdeye does it right Pros: They make user interface really intuitive, and they are always helpful when issues arise. Cons: There's not a lot to dislike about birdeye. They have great communication, and provide an excellent platform. Overall: Birdeye has treated this company well. I approve!

    Birdeye is a MUST-HAVE for any Business! Pros: Birdeye makes collecting and managing reviews very easy for our business. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and being able to link all of our socials into one location is very nice. Cons: I wish engaging with customers would be a little bit more intuitive. Overall: I have had a great experience with Birdeye and all of its staff.

    Great product for customer communication and reviews! Pros: Birdeye is very easy to use and has a convenient review system for our customers with a very simple set up that makes communication easy! Cons: Can be on the pricey side, other than that it's a great product! Overall: We primarily use this for answering customer questions and reviews. In those aspects it works perfectly!
