Use customized logos and brand colors on surveys

Using Birdeye, businesses now have the ability to customize survey logos and titles for individual and all business locations. This upgrade gives businesses the flexibility to align surveys with their brand vision.

Once the survey is setup, the logos and titles for individual locations will be pulled from the existing branding settings applied for Birdeye review profiles. If you add a custom title or logo, the settings will be applied to all the business locations. With this update, businesses can also customize the theme color of their surveys.
