I will never recommend them! Switched to a new orthodontic office after over a year of being told my teeth looked good. When from clear aligners having three refinements to metal braces to in September of 2024 and still not completely fixed. They did fix some issues which is good but now having to pay another office almost $2000 to fix what they said was good and just one tooth needed to be fixed and it needed time go back after taking off bands. Went in for a pre authorization consultation. Was told would qualify. Got a denial letter. Asked if we could appeal. Noons will answer me or return call/text overall the actual visit was not satisfactory. My other child goes to a different office. It’s a complete opposite of this office. Sooooo kind and friendly. Above and beyond customer service. Uncommon acts like you’re a bother
