Nobody seems to be able to ever call anybody back. Especially if you ask for the Dr or office manager. I hope anyone who goes here never plans on moving. We are now trapped into having to drive down 2.5 hours for every appointment. They are unwilling to let us transfer this up to someone in the KC area. I made the mistake of being proactive and paying several months in advance because of using my HSA. I have to have my daughter's braces removed because I can't afford them right now was told I would have to pay over 400 first now if I had the money I would just leave them on now they are cutting my daughter's mouth all up which I look at as medical neglect on their part just horrible and unprofessional
Starting out my treatment over two years ago I would have recommended(Oct.2016). Now, not so much. Had see a handful of different doctors see me, especially towards end of treatment. Had one of the doctors tell his assistant to “do what she thought is best” hmm. Red flag and unprofessional.
Loved the staff and how they took care of my daughter but the financial lady needs to sstop being hateful. My husbands hours got cut so we fell a couple months short, then he was getting laid off right at Christmas time I called to explain this, but she didn't want to work with me. Sad to say I will be taking our business elsewherea.dd letting my insurance Co know that you all are charging them when there's been nothing to charge them
